Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all, we hope 2018 is kind to you and your loved ones and brings you happiness and health!

To start this year off with a bang and to keep the summer vibes alive, we thought we would share with you a FRATELLI customer favourite, for those who love something easy and sweet!

A Caprioska is perfect for this beautiful summer weather and to share amongst friends!

  What you will need:

– 60ml Vodka
– 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
– 6 – 8 lime wedges
– Soda water (optional)
– Lime wheel (to garnish)
– Ice
– Cocktail shaker
– Cocktail glass – we recommend a Low-ball glass
 
 
 
Method:

– Add vodka, caster sugar and lime wedges into the cocktail shaker and muddle until you can muddle no more!
– Add your ice to the shaker and pop a lid on it, give it a good old shake and hear your cocktail come to life.
– Once done pour into your designated cocktail glass – at this point if you feel you would like the glass filled more you can add your soda water, if you’re into that…
 
Top it off with a straw and your lime wheel, grab your favourite book and pull up a sun chair, sit down and relax!
